50 ml THE VIEW Truffle Vodka
10 ml dry vermouth
Lemon zest or olive

Method:

Stir with ice until perfectly chilled.
Strain into a cold martini glass.
Garnish with lemon zest or olive.

30ml fresh rhubarb juice

10ml lime juice

7.5ml white cocoa liquor (crème de cacao)

10ml sugar syrup

Shake, pour and top up with Prosecco, decorate with an edible flower

5ml apple liquor
